If you ordered the T-14 Plans by download and did not receive the link after your purchase, make sure you can receive email from PMC (whazsup.com). The links are generated and sent automatically so you should get an email almost immediately. If you don't the Internet may be experiencing congestion or your service provider may be down. In any event the download link should show up within a couple of hours and if it does not, contact me by email and I can re-send the link. Download plans are NON-refundable.

Should I worry about my privacy?Please understand your privacy is very important to us. We will never sell your email address. Any communication with us personally is held in confidence and any information provided by you to the website is deemed public. Don't write or do anything you would be sorry for and everything will be fine. We will do the same :-)
Can I make a suggestion?Suggestions are welcome. If we miss something or get it wrong, readers can make comments, suggestions or contribute their thoughts. In this sense, PMC is a living work and continuously updated with new ideas and relevant information from PMC visitors.

Making an on-line purchase, it's safe to shop.Using a credit card can be scary to some folks not familiar with making internet purchases. We could give you many examples of how it is safe and how you're protected against fraud but, we wouldn't be doing you any justice. It would be better for you to read more on the subject and become satisfied or comfortable through your own investigation. We can however, assure you that PayPal is convenient, has the appropriate security features and is well known for making safe and secure internet credit card transactions with little fuss on your part.
